EBAY could very easily filter auctions that mention PDF and magazine titles or book titles.
They haven't done it yet.
An eBay worker mentioned, "We're aware of the problem. It just takes...time."
Time to figure out that an auction for "BARELY LEGAL" mentioning PDF should be shut down?
"Oh, well, some sellers would put P D F with spaces. So the filter would be foiled."
Better to not do anything.
What's worse, EBAY employees who check "REPORT ITEM" and "Listings Violation - Digital Download" seem to be in Guam somewhere, don't speak English, don't know what they're looking for, can't read an ad, and can also claim to be way too overworked to even read half of what's reported to them.
MEANWHILE, the Russians are not only stealing sex magazines...they're sealing ALL magazines.
EBAY doesn't want to get all of the magazine publishers in America mad at them. DO THEY?

It isn't bad enough that TORRENTS are flinging books and magazines around in PDF format?
Most normal people don't know about this, or don't want to risk downloading from a torrent and getting caught. But here's EBAY, the biggest auction site in the world, one of the biggest websites in the world, and they're letting RUSSIANS sell off American magazines. For next to nothing.
This is not good for the American economy, COMRADES.
